About Us
Parenting is a journey with challenges — and one you don’t need to navigate alone. We are here to be your partner every step of the way.
A neighborhood practice, five decades in the making.
We’re a small, family-centered pediatric practice in Delmar, caring for Capital Region children from their first checkup through the college years — and, increasingly, their children too.

Roots in Delmar
A true neighborhood practice that has cared for this community across generations.
Our story
Generations of Delmar families have grown up with us.
Dr. Robert Giombetti began practicing Pediatrics in Delmar in a home/office building in 1969. His vision was to create a close knit, caring and friendly environment where he treated the illnesses of the child but also provided support and expertise in whole family development. He worked as a solo practitioner until his son, Dr Todd Giombetti and daughter in law, Dr Kathleen Brady joined the practice in 1999 and we moved into our current location on Delaware Ave.
We are a small private practice by choice. This allows us to get to know our patients as individuals and their families as a unit. We believe this continuity of care is essential in supporting families as they grow and develop. We especially enjoy caring for the children and grandchildren of our former patients!
