HOURS
• Monday- Friday- 7-8am- Phone hour.
• Monday- Friday- 8am-4:30 pm Office hours
• Monday- Friday 12-1pm -Closed for Lunch
• Saturday am appointments during cold and flu season
SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS
• Saturday morning appointments during Cold and flu season are reserved for sick patients that need a same day appointment.
AFTER HOURS
• If you have an urgent matter outside of our regular business hours, please call our main number and you will be connected to our answering service. Calls may be triaged through a nursing service, with one of our physicians always on back up call. For non urgent matters, we kindly ask that you continue to call during call hours or during regular office hours on weekdays.
PHONE HOUR
• Call between 7 and 8 am and a member of our staff is available to schedule same day sick appointments.
• Physician phone hour- leave a message for the phone hour physician and we will call you back. This is an opportunity for you to call with a quick question or concern that may not need a full appointment. We continue to request that these calls be limited to 2-3 minutes as volumes are often significant. We will return as many calls as possible and those not answered before 8 will be returned by a nurse after 8:30.
APPOINTMENTS
• All visits are by appointment only.
• Physicals are required yearly and we recommend scheduling several months in advance especially if required for participation in sports or camp.
• We have several appointments available daily for sick patients. We suggest calling during phone hour or early in the day. Calls that come in after school or daycare may be asked to schedule early the next morning.
• It is our goal to see every sick child that needs an appointment. During illness outbreaks such as the flu this can be challenging. We always do our best to schedule appropriately while keeping your wait time to a minimum
